This allows us to order your script for the SARS-CoV-2 Antibodies Nucleocapsid, Semi-Quantitative Total and IgG Spike testing to be emailed to you as well as the nearest Labcorp blood draw station located to you. If you have not been vaccinated and a positive result comes back, the passport will then be mailed to you with a copy of your lab results and signed letter from our physicians.  KEEP IN MIND, THIS CHARGE IS STRICTLY JUST OUR CHARGE. WE HAVE NO REALATIONSHIP WITH THE LAB. PRESENT YOUR INSURANCE CARD IF YOU HAVE ONE, IF NOT THERE MAYBE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FROM THE LAB
